After a rest and a shower, Lise, Winn, and I got dressed up just a little, and went to the Chocolate and Wine event. We got there early, before it was too crowded. Took our guesses at the wines and chocolates. For a wino, I didn't do so great guessing the wine countries. We all felt the same about the chocolate countries, but don't know the answers to that one.
A most interesting lamp, made locally and is made of stones and a heavy duty type screening!

And Jimmy actually does have just three fingers on his left hand. The food was good, but salty...like some of the other places we have eaten. My filet was tough, and went to a local female dog. We were joined at the table by Suzie and Ron from Illinois. Winn had met them at the wine tasting, and introduced us. They were delightful, and laughed at my jokes. :)
Stopped back by Ole' the place where Lauren works. Two five day old kittens were brought into the clinic. Lauren and Jason are keeping them tonight. Tomorrow, Winn and I will help feed the kittens. There is a skill to it, as those of you who have bottle fed tiny kittens know. The main idea is not to feed them too much at a time and choke them. And then to stimulate them to poop. We will visit our doggie friends too.
Well, I'm not going to be worth a bone tomorrow, if I don't get to sleep tonight.
Willa
